2012 RATES & DEADLINES

Rates are not guaranteed and are subject to change during the year.
 

Rates are for a FULL 3 MONTHS of advertising coverage!
 

*Please email us by this date prior to Submitting Ad Copy to Reserve your Pages and guarantee placement.

**If sending a camera ready “pdf “ file please note you have an additional 2 weeks following the regular ad copy due date to submit your completed pdf to us. You still do need to reserve your pagess. by the day shown above.

These dates are subject to a possible 1 week change.
 

RATES

*For pgs consisting of no more than 12 listing/photo positions. Each additional listing/photo will incur an additional $5 charge. ie. 16 positions would be an additional $20 your page total for a blk/wht page would be $310.00 or $330.00 for a full color page. This excludes files sent in camera ready/pdf format.
**Front Cover Exclusive Photos positions are available on a limited basis. Please email us for availability.

 
 POSITIONS

**Front Cover
 Featured Photo Positions -  Color photo positions can be purchased for $80. Call/email us to request these positions. Your listing photo as well as a brief one line description of the listing and and additional text line to include your company name and your ad page number will appear on the **Front Cover
. Photos used should be the same as the one that appears on your inside ad. They will draw the reader to your ad as well as to that particular listing for more information.

COPY SUBMISSION

- All copy submission must be Reserved at least 1 week in advanced of Ad Copy Due Date to guaranteed placement see Reserve Pg date above. Once you have reserved your pages you are financially responsible for that number of pages. Email us to reserve your pgs.

- Name all photos by MLS#. ie. MLS25578.jpg. or Office ID#’s that correspond and is found in the listing text.

- All photos should be submitted as jpg files, please send large photos. Do not send website photos they are too small for the printing process and result in poor quality.

- Submit listing text via email at this time, include the matching MLS# to identify your listing with it’s corresponding photo.

- Please limit the amount of words in your listing text as we do not want to have to exclude important portions of text.

- All advertisers will get a page proof of their ad prior to printing for their approval.

- Your invoice will be included with your page proof. See payment terms below.

PAYMENT TERMS

Make checks payable to THE NORTHWEST REAL ESTATE GUIDE.

Payment is due within 20 Days of Original Invoice Date.

If payment is not received in that time we will rebill your account with a rebill fee of $25.

If payment in full is not received within 15 days of your second invoice date your account will fall into our "OVER DUE ACCOUNTS" and your account will be subject to the following:  Further rebilling fees every 15 days and/or your account will be forwarded to a Collection Agency and we would require advance payment for any future advertising due prior to submitting ad copy.
